About the Organization

Sunflower of Peace sends backpacks of medical supplies to Ukraine. These backpacks contain 48 items. The contents of these backpacks include IV Start Kit and Closed IV Catheter System.

Notable Donations

In the first quarter of 2023, Sunflower of Peace have received donations from:

• U.S. Ambassador to Japan, Rahm Emanuel and his wife, Amy Rule ($18000)
• SmartFlower, a business producing an all in one solar energy system (50 lithium ion energy storage batteries which will help minimise the challenges faced by medics, internally displaced families, and individuals in Ukraine during the cold winter months)
• Falk Jewellery ($750 via fundraising)

• January 4th => Sunflower of Peace provided 2 months summerly worth of wood, alongside food, pillows, warm blankets (these are a supply for several months) all to keep internally displaced people warm. • January 10th => Shipment to Ukraine. 168 is the number of boxes we prepared, 2165 is the number of heat-blankets packed (imagine hand warmers but for the full body), 200 is the number of thermal sets packed, 1000 is the number of celox pads shipped (celox stops severe bleeding), 100 is the number of individual first-aid kits (IFAKs) that will be packed with supplies we sent

• January 22nd => Huge Shipment of Supplies (50 backpacks, 50 resupply bags, 12,200 hand and foot warmers with zip locks ((to store the hand and foot warmers to be able to reuse them), 5,060 abdominal pads, 31 energy sets, consisting of battery and 2 lamps, 100 XStat treatments (injectable wound treatment that immediately controls hemorrhage))
